Funnels give you the opportunity to visualize all the steps that your visitors take in your store or mall. Each step is a micro conversion, which can be optimized to increase the probability of the ultimate goal. All the steps can be analyzed to see what is wrong and facilitate testing of possible improvements, If one of the steps shows a lower conversion rate than expected.

Look at your customer experience from the customer’s perspective
