You decide what you share
Privacy is a fundamental human right. At Indivd, it’s also one of our core values. The services and products you use are important to so many parts of your life. What you share from those experiences, and who you share it with, should be up to you. We design Indivd products to protect your privacy and give you control over your information. It’s not easy. But that’s the kind of innovation and technology development we believe in.
Indivd is created to understand what visitors need - Not who they are
Our patented method for creating visitor statistics by anonymizing image data is completely built with Data Protection by Design. Indivd does not process biometric data. Image data is destroyed before it’s stored, and we do not store personal data. The gathered data are associated with a random identifier. Not you.
Your data. Your choice.

Our platform gives you control over what you share
The settings have been carefully designed to put you in control of your data. You can adjust what information is shared and where you share it.
If you choose to opt in, your usage in Indivd Analytics can collect statistics about your usage and send it to Indivd for analysis. This analysis helps Indivd improve products and reduce problems like apps crashing. The collected information does not identify you personally and can be sent to Indivd only with your explicit consent.
Analytics may include details about hardware and operating system specifications, performance statistics, and data about how you use the software. When it’s collected, personal data is either not logged at all, removed from reports before they’re sent to Indivd.
Sometimes it’s useful for your software to know your location, like when you are using the dashboard or are segmenting data. Location for your usage is gathered by your IP address to figure out where you are. Indivd gives you control over the collection and use of this location data.
You can choose whether Indivd Analytics has access to your approximate location — an area of about 100 square kilometers — rather than your precise location.
